Thank you for visiting and shopping at Marrakshi Bazaar. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship worldwide, with shipping times and costs calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.

  • Morocco: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 6-15 business days.
  • International (Outside Europe): Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays, which are outside our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our transportation options include:

  • By Boat: NJ Transportation (ideal for large or bulk orders requiring sea freight) for wholesale
  • Express Couriers: FedEx, DHL, and Aramex (fast and secure international delivery)
  • Standard Shipping: Chronopost (EMS) for regular and cost-effective deliveries

We select the most appropriate carrier based on your location, order size, and preferred delivery speed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the fragile nature of our pottery, certain locations may have shipping restrictions. If your location is not available for shipping at checkout, please contact us to explore options.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside Morocco may be subject to customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Marrakshi Bazaar is not responsible for these charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging our pottery to ensure safe delivery. However, if an item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@marrakshibazaar.com with photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Marrakshi Bazaar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
