Marrakshi Bazaar Refund and Return Policy

At Marrakshi Bazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@marrakshibazaar.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- We will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to complete your return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [X days] of approval and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@marrakshibazaar.com.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damage to expedite the process.
- Damaged items will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@marrakshibazaar.com.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
